No. The Greek Golden Visa does not grant access to employment in Greece for the investor or for family members included on it.
The investor residence permit expressly excludes access to employment in Greece. You may own and passively hold your investment — including shares in a Greek company — but you cannot take up salaried employment, and active day-to-day management as an employee is not covered. Family members included on the Golden Visa share the same restriction and do not automatically gain work rights. If you or a family member wish to work in Greece, you would need to apply separately under the appropriate employment route, such as the EU Blue Card or the employed-worker permit. The work restriction does not affect your right to travel within the Schengen area.
