You must prove French speaking, listening, reading and writing skills at level 5 or higher on the Niveaux de competence linguistique canadiens (NCLC) scale.
You must have an acceptance letter from a participating designated learning institution outside Quebec that confirms you are applying under the pilot, and you must be living outside Canada when you apply.
Yes. Graduates of the pilot may have access to a pathway to permanent residence so they can stay and contribute to Francophone minority communities.
