A main applicant can include a spouse, dependent children and dependent parents (generally over 55) in an NDF application, and the minimum contribution stays the same. Government and due-diligence fees, however, are charged per person.
The National Development Fund option lets the principal applicant add eligible dependants without raising the minimum contribution itself. Eligible dependants typically include a spouse, dependent children, and dependent parents or grandparents over a set age, subject to the relationship and age rules in the regulations.
While the contribution does not rise for these dependants, each person added still attracts government processing fees and a due-diligence fee. For larger families, additional per-dependant fees apply beyond a certain family size. A licensed agent can confirm exactly who qualifies as a dependant in your case and the total per-person cost.
