A single investor must invest at least US$1,500,000 in a government-approved business to qualify for citizenship.
If you invest on your own rather than as part of a group, the Business Investment option requires a minimum investment of US$1,500,000 in a business that has been approved by Cabinet.
The business itself must first be evaluated and recommended by the Citizenship by Investment Unit and approved by Cabinet before a citizenship application is considered. This means the approval of the business and the approval of your citizenship are linked stages, so choosing an already-approved project can simplify the process.
