Eligibility Criteria:

  • Submit a business plan with supporting financial documents.
  • Operate business in NL for at least 1 year on a temporary work permit before nomination.
  • Language proficiency (CLB 5 or higher in English or French).
  • Minimum high school diploma.

International Graduate Entrepreneur

  • Completed at least a two-year post-secondary diploma or degree from Memorial University or College of the North Atlantic.
  • Valid Post-Graduation Work Permit.
  • At least one year of continuous business ownership and operation in NL.
